What if my home doesn't sell?
While styling can make a big impact, every property is different and sales can’t be guaranteed. We do offer extended hire options where possible, along with support throughout your selling process.
How long will it take to style my property?
Styling typically takes a few hours up to a full day, depending on the size and scope of the project. We recommend scheduling photography for the following day to allow for any unforeseen delays.
Can we live in the home while it is styled for sale?
It is always best to not be living in the property whilst being styled (to keep it as beautiful as possible!) but we know this can not always happen. We can be flexible in this.
How long is the hire period?
The standard hire period is 5 weeks and typically aligned with your marketing campaign. Extensions can be offered (but not always guaranteed in peak periods) to ensure your property remains perfectly styled throughout the selling period.
Do I need to be home while you are styling my property?
As long as we have the access we need at the agreed time you don't need to be at the property.
What is the difference between property styling and interior design?
Property styling is about preparing a home to sell, using furniture and décor to highlight its best features and appeal to buyers. Interior design focuses on creating a functional, personalised space for everyday living, tailored to the owner’s lifestyle and taste.
Do I get a say in what items you chose style with in my home?
Every item used in your home is thoughtfully selected by our team to highlight its best features and create spaces that resonate with buyers. Styling is strategic and designed to enhance appeal.

what to expect
If you have never worked with a property stylist before you may not know what to expect when your property is being styled. Our team will be moving furniture around that is already in your home or items we bring in. This process is to best show off the space and to create the best flow and function of the spaces. You may think that your home feels empty, please know that this is done on purpose to make the property feel spacious. Our team are highly skilled in styling to produce the best use of space in your property. Please note we use picture hooks to display beautiful art in your property. If the hooks are not in the correct places we will make small holes for hooks.
