93 Wybalena Grove, Cook
A home shaped by landscape, elevated through design.
Nestled within Michael Dysart’s celebrated Wybalena Grove — a landmark example of 1970s Sydney Regional architecture — this townhouse sits gently among the eucalypts, its muted materials and angular rooflines blending seamlessly with the bush setting. Inside, the development’s signature openness shines through, with split levels, raked ceilings and interconnected spaces creating a calm, airy flow.
For this home, our styling embraced the architectural intent: harmony with nature.
We worked with a palette of warm neutrals, earthy greens and rich timbers to echo the surrounding landscape, layering soft textures and natural materials to create warmth and depth. A curated mix of ceramics, modern furniture and subtle nods to the home’s era brings balance — contemporary yet respectful of its heritage.
Each space was styled to enhance the sense of retreat the architecture naturally offers: serene, grounded and quietly sophisticated. Our goal was to highlight the lifestyle Dysart envisioned — privacy, openness, and an intimate connection to the bushland just beyond the windows.
A beautifully preserved architectural icon, thoughtfully styled to feel both timeless and unmistakably welcoming.
